The Philippine bet for the ongoing Manhunt International 2010 is 21-year-old Carlo Morris Galang.

Carlo Morris Galang stands 180 cm. and hails from San Juan City.

It’s interesting to note that Carlo joined the Mister Philippines-International 2009 pageant but he failed to make it to the final list of 16 contestants.

Earlier this year, Carlo joined the Mister Philippines-World 2010 pageant. He made it as one of the contestants but he failed to reach the final cut. Alvin de Joya, who was an official contestant of Mister Philippines-International 2009 pageant, won the title Mister Philippines-World and represented the country in the Mister World pageant which was held in Korea last March.

Carlo is elected to represent the country in the 2010 Manhunt International which is currently being held in Taiwan. He is competing against more than 50 delegates from around the world.

what do you think of his chances?

The Philippines has participated in this pageant since its inception in 1993. The highest placement that we had was in 1997 when Vincent Pinto won 2nd runner up. Our first ever delegate was Aaron Small who ended 3rd runner up and winner of Best Physique in 1993.

Two other pinoys have placed in the semifinals in the past: Model Iago Raterta in 2006 and actor Marvin Raymundo in 2008.
