The last major beauty pageant of the year heats up after the Best in Ao Dai and Best in Long Gown are revealed.

Miss Serbia Tijana Rakic, the no. 1 contestant in our beautimometer last November 10, was chosen Best in Ao Dai. The Ao Dai is the beautiful and unique traditional dress of Vietnamese women and this year we find all of the contestants donning the elegant dress. And Serbia was adjudged the most beautiful in Ao Dai making her US$5,000 richer!

Other finalists in the Ao Dai competition are Chinese Taipei (Liu Hsing Jung), Korea (Lee Gui Joo), Nicaragua (Junieth Rosales) and Philippines (Kris Psyche Resus).

The Evening Gown Competition was also held last night, Nov. 17, at the Vinpearl resort in Nha Trang, Vietnam. Also winning US$5,000 and some jewelries for the Best in Evening Gown is Miss Ecuador, Jennifer Pazmiño.

Other finalists in the Best in Evening Gown competition are Brazil (Luisa Lopes), Czech Republic (Carmen Justova), Thailand (Watsaporn Wattanakoon) and Venezuela (Mariangela Bonanni).
