Rhian Ramos to Host ‘In The Limelight’ on GMA News TV
“In the Limelight” is the showbiz newscast that offers more than just gossip. Spotlight will showcase well-researched facts about favorite showbiz celebrities, TV shows, movies and new developments in the business. It is the exciting yet intelligent show that will tell showbiz news not like a publicist would, but as regular news should be told, in the manner that only GMA News can.
Hosted by Rhian Ramos, “In the Limelight” airs weeknights from 7:30 to 8:00 p.m. on GMA News TV beginning February 28, 2011.

The issue here is the TV show “In The Limelight” and not who is number 1. I have been in the USA for 31 years. I never watched Filipino shows since then because the storylines are predictable and most of the actors are really just trying hard in acting. We used to call it “baduy” during our time. A lot of the shows need improvement. There was a promotion to try GMA Pinoy TV and one show that struck our family was Stairway To Heaven. In short I taped the shows and my whole family and friends who most of them do not speak the Filipino language “loved” it. Rhian is a gem. She is gorgeous, classy, speaks well in Filipino and English. She is also a good actress. The more you watch her on TV the more you want to see her more often. She has a rare charisma, the “IT” factor they say. Presently we cannot watch her show because there is no channel 11 in the states. So we just watch it on her face book. She is good in this show and so are the other co-hosts. Good job! It is very classy, informative and entertaining. A few of us now subscribed to GMA Pinoy TV. Their shows are of higher quality and prestige than the other TV stations. Their stars can compete with the US stars. They speak well in English and do act much better than the actors from the other stations. It is fun to watch 24 Oras news and all the teleseries. Watching these shows make us proud of Philippine showbiz. Congratulations GMA. Although we miss Rhian in a teleseries, it was a good business decision for her to do the show “In The Limelight”. Keep evolving as a young woman, Rhian. Enjoy your youth. Travel, enjoy your job and try to go back to school and finish college. Do not get serious in love. It will come when it is the right time and with the right man. Just thank God daily for all His blessings. And most of all as a parent myself, always thank your own parents by hugging and kissing them as much as you can. No matter what, they will always be there for you. Take care Rhian, we are proud of you here in Orange County. I hope someone can relate these comments to Rhian. Thank you if you did.

Rhian Ramos is potential to become a good actress, dapat sa kanya bigyan ng mga projects na ma-enhance ang talent specially in acting, in the first place she’s one of the beautiful faces in the philippine showbizness na napakasarap tingnan sa TV kasi kahit mukhang pag hollywood ang beauty niya medto magaling pa niya mag tagalog, compare to Marian Rivera mas tumaggal pa itong si Rhian Ramos kasi si Marian Rivera mukha niya sa TV ang medyo matanda na kaya ‘di bagay mag tweetum unlike Rhian Ramos she’s so pretty & bagay na magpa tweetum!
