ABS-CBN has finally revealed their new afternoon programming called "Kapamilya Gold."

ABS-CBN is gearing up to reclaim daytime supremacy with the launch of “Kapamilya Gold.” It’s the new afternoon programming of the Kapamilya network, previously known as “Hapontastic”, putting programs of primetime caliber on the afternoon block.

According to the trailer, it is called “Kapamilya Gold” because 2011 marks ABS-CBN’s 50th year of bringing the most-engaging daytime drama series. From shows that captivated the country’s afternoon viewing such as “Mara Clara”, “Kambal Sa Uma”, “Nagsimula Sa Puso, “Prinsesa ng Banyera”, “Marinella”, “Precious Hearts Romances Presents”, “Meteor Garden, and “Boys Over Flowers” comes a new line-up that will make the afternoon block the new primetime.
