Grace Lee is P-Noy’s Newest Love Interest?

The Filipina-Korean TV host and readio DJ is now being linked to the most eligible bachelor in the country - President Noynoy.

The President’s love life is like the reality dating show “The Bachelor,” wherein a number of ladies catch P-Noy’s attention at one point. But who will end up getting a rose and become the Presidential Girlfriend in the end?

This time, Pinay-Korean TV and Radio personality Grace Lee is getting the spotlight by getting linked romantically with the President. It happened during the inauguration of the 200-megawatt coal-fired power plant built by the Korean Electric Power Corp. (Kepco) in Cebu yesterday where President Noynoy Aquino complimented Lee, one of the event’s hosts.

“Kaya pag inimbita ho ako sa Cebu, hindi ho mahirap talagang maimbita dito. Pati iyong bisita nating si Ms. Grace Lee, kala ko tuloy, Pinay. Hindi nga pala: Korean—pati ang mga Korean na dumarating, talagang gwapa lahat. Kailangan yatang buhayin iyong Malacañang Sugbu! Baka dito na rin ho tayo magkatuluyan … pero nawawala tayo sa usapan,” PNoy in his speech said.

Lee, 24, is actually pure Korean. She was raised in Seoul, but her family moved to the Philippines when she was 10 years old (Kinda similar with Sandara Park’s story wherein both their fathers were importing Korean vehicles to the Philippines as business). But with a first look at Lee, you will never say she’s Korean at all because the way she talks and her personality as a whole is very Pinay.

In an interview with 24 Oras, Lee said she was flattered by the president’s comments. “It’s no big deal… I was very flattered so I thank Mr. President for saying that about me,” she said after she and the President were introduced to each other after the ceremony.
