Charlie Sheen’s Character on ‘Two and a Half Men’ to be Killed Literally

June 29, 2011 by · Comments Off

Charlie Harper is dead!

When the hit sitcom “Two and a Half Men” returns on its 9th season, Charlie Sheen’s character will be killed off, this according to a report by TMZ.

The entertainment website said the Season 9 premiere of award-winning comedy series will show Harper’s brother Alan, played by Jon Cryer, and Alan’s son Jake, played by Angus T. Jones, grieving as they learn of Harper’s death.

Earlier this year, Sheen, who’s already been the highest paid TV star, was fired from the show because of the disparaging remarks he made about series creator Chuck Lorre after his request for salary increase per episode was declined.

Ashton Kutcher will join the cast next season, not as a replacement for Sheen’s role, but a new character to be introduced.
