After the Royal Wedding memorabilia like china, street party accessories, bottle openers, key rings, jigsaws, baby items, coasters, comic books, and other merchandises have been selling like hotcakes, the William and Kate dolls (and also Pippa) are now hitting London stores.

The Royal wedding dolls of Prince William and his bride Catherine Middleton, and some other significant personalities from the event went on sale at Hamleys toy emporium in London.

The dolls, which was made by British toy company Arklu, are dressed with the similar outfits that they wore on their actual royal wedding last April 29.

The company’s selling pitch is that the miniature replicas are “instantly recognizable and, some might say, delightfully kitsch and that they might be a touch eccentric, but such quirkiness is also a great British tradition.”
