New TV Chef Gets Big Break in Lifestyle Network’s Curiosity Got the Chef

Chef Sharwin Tee’s dream becomes a reality.

Chef Sharwin Tee, the grand winner of last year’s “Clash of the Toque-en ones,” feels no pressure for his first ever cooking show and is ready to humorously answer all the viewers’ curious kitchen queries.

Lifestyle Network, the country’s premier lifestyle channel, proudly launches “Curiosity Got The Chef,” Wednesdays, 9:30p.m.

At the press launch of “Curiosity got The Chef” at the Diamond Hotel, Chef Sharwin teased the show producers that he wanted more pretty girls to guest in his show. One of them is his ultimate crush, one of Kapamilya networks’ primetime princesses, Bea Alonzo.

“I wouldn’t know what to do if I’ll guest Bea in my show. Definitely, I’ll get nervous if that time will come,” he said.

Good cooking is not only Chef Sharwin’s asset. His comical humor sets him apart as a chef. In fact, during the launch’s cooking demo, he cracked jokes that made event host Ria Tanjuatco-Trillo laugh.

More than his innate wittiness, the culinary handyman wants to provide easy-to-make recipes that even busy people can manage to do.

“The ingredients that I used are also readily available in the Philippine market so those interested to try the recipes would spend less time hunting for the ingredients and more time enjoying the dishes. The recipes are very easy to follow,” he said.

Join Chef Sharwin Tee as he recreates trendy Filipino and Asian feasts in “Curiosity Got The Chef” every Wednesday night at 9:30 PM on Lifestyle Network. For more information, log on to http://www.facebook.com/LifestyleNetwork and http://www.facebook.com/curiouschef.
