Diana Sunshine Rademann is just a substitute delegate for the Miss Tourism International after the three "Mutya ng Pilipinas" titleholders declined to represent the country in the said pageant...

Well actually, the three Mutya ng Pilipinas titleholders namely Vickie Marie Rushton, Felicia Baron and Bea Santiago could not leave the country this Christmas season to participate in Miss Tourism International 2011 pageant in Malaysia that’s why first runner-up Diana Rademann took the job.

And voila! Diana won a special award in the pageant, the Miss Spec Personality, during a special competition held at the Sunway Pyramid Shopping Mall in Malaysia last December 17.

Diana, by the way, is vying against 50+ contestants in the said 2nd-tier pageant which culminates on December 31st. Can she pull a Miriam Quiambao-stint come New Year’s eve?
