James Yap and Kris Aquino have already divided their properties one year ago prior to the court’s nullification of their marriage this week according to a report by Boy Abunda on Bandila Thursday evening.

The King of Talk is Kris Aquino’s close friend that’s why he got first hand information about the estranged couple’s 5-year-marriage that has been nullified by the court for “lack of authority of the solemnizing officer.”

Kris Aquino was granted the custody of their son James Yap Jr., popularly known as “Bimby” or “Baby James.” Yap on the other hand, was granted visitation rights by the court.
