During the 2012 Oscars red carpet event, Sacha Baron Cohen (Borat, Bruno) showed up as "The Dictator," talked to Ryan Seacrest and dumped the ashes of his “friend” Kim Jong-il all over him.

Last week, Sacha Baron Cohen has been barred by the Oscars committee from attending the prestigious awards show in the guise of Admiral General Aladeen, the main character in his upcoming comedy “The Dictator.”

But he did it anyway and made a scene by “accidentally” dumping the supposed ashes of the late dictator Kim Jong-Il all over American Idol host, Ryan Seacrest.

Cohen, by the way, got the invite to the Oscars because he’s a cast-member of the nominated Martin Scorsese film “Hugo” (which already won 4 awards as of this posting).

Seacrest was so pissed off.
