Party Pilipinas Features a Special Mother’s Day Presentation with ‘Ilaw’

This Sunday (May 13), the number one concert party on television brings you a special Mother's Day presentation with "Party Pilipinas ILAW".

Ilaw, an absolute symbol for mothers, also signals the return of Asia’s Songbird Ms. Regine Velasquez-Alcasid as she is back on the show in time for Mother’s Day.

“All Stars” will surely set the concert stage ablaze as Regine performs with Ogie Alcasid, Janno Gibbs, Jaya, JayR, Rachelle Ann Go, Jennylyn Mercado, Solenn Heussaff, and Mark Bautista. The Songbird is also ready to reunite with fellow diva’s La Diva, and style icon Jolina Magdangal in a special performance.

This week’s spotlight is also on three Kapuso princesses – Jennylyn Mercado, Kris Bernal, and Julie Anne San Jose – as they celebrate their birthdays. Jennylyn embarks on a new performance challenge; Kris figures in an exciting dance prod; and debutante Julie Anne will surely sparkle in a number saying she’s all grown up now.

The most talked about girls – Sarah Lahbati, Frencheska Farr, Winwyn Marquez, Yassi Pressman, Diva Montelaba, Mayton Eugenio, Yssa Alvarez, and Hannah Flores, collectively known as “GirlSquad”, are all set to give another catchy sing-dance routine.

“Rap Acoustic” exudes a bright vibe with Elmo and Frank Magalona, Sarah, Frencheska, Lirah Bermudez, Jay Perillo, Kristoffer Martin, and YouTube sensation Mickey Bustos.

Listen to OPM songs that tackle just about every single emotion a young heart feels on “Love Party Pilipinas” topbilled by Kapuso leading ladies Jennylyn Mercado, Carla Abellana, Lovi Poe, and Heart Evangelista.

“Party Pilipinas Ilaw” is also shinning some light on the dancefloor! See all the new moves on “Sayaw Pilipinas” with Mark Herras, Sef Cadayona, Steven Silva, Rocco Nacino, Enzo Pineda, Julian Trono and the whole crew; plus see the first live performance of new RNB-Hiphop act Kenjhons with his chart topping song “Matinik”.

“Sexy Hataw” girls Rochelle Pangilinan, Aira Bermudez, Pauleen Luna, Sheena Halili, Chariz Solomon, Vaness Del Moral, and Winwyn Marquez fire up the dance floor in a sizzling production number. Feel like singing along and dancing to some sweet music? Then watch out for fresh combinations on “Dance Duets”.

The cast of “Biritera” — Glaiza De Castro, Rich Asuncion, Barbara Miguel, and Rose Ann Magan are also joining the summer fun.

Hosted by Richard Gutierrez, Raymond Gutierrez, KC Montero, Geoff Eigenmann, Heart Evangelista, Maxene Magalona, Isabelle Daza, and Tim Yap, catch “Party Pilipinas Ilaw” this Sunday, May 13 only on GMA.
