Jessica Sanchez Makes It to American Idol Finale!
Jessica Sanchez was the first contestant to be declared safe from elimination during the American Idol Top 3 results show. She was saved by America together with Phillip Phillips who will also return for the show’s finale next week.
Front-runner Joshua Ledet was eliminated from the competition.
Sanchez is now gearing to make history and become the first American Idol of Asian descent and the youngest one at that.
Both Jessica and Phillip will perform 3 songs each in the 2-hour performance episode on May 22, Thursday, to be aired live starting 8:00 am morning via the cable channels Star World and ETC.
Phillip Phillips won the post-show Coin Toss that determines singing order for next week’s final. Phillip chose to go second which means Jessica will sing first.

Jessica and Phillip will be performing three selections:
1.) a favorite performance from earlier this season.
2.) pick by Simon Fuller
3.) single they’ll release if they win the season. Finale Night will be on Tuesday.

I have wrong instinct na si Jessica Sanchez at Joshua Ledet ang maglalaban sa Finals next week… but despite of that, TAMA naman ang lahat na makakapasok si Jessica sa final 2, at sa power ng prayers, sure siya ang mananalo!
