10. “Got to Get You Into My Life” – Phillip Phillips, Jessica Sanchez and Joshua Ledet – The Top 3 delivered the best group performance of the season, a simple take on the Beatle’s song that’s just perfect.
9. “When A Man Loves A Woman” – Joshua Ledet – If Jessica Sanchez had her first moment in “I Will Always Love You,” Joshua has his first with this one.
8. “Dance with My Father” – Jessica Sanchez – Jessica should have gotten a standing ovation from the judges for this one. It’s tender, it’s hearfelt, it’s effortless and according to JLo, it’s the most beautiful she’ve ever heard.
7. “Ready for Love” – Joshua Ledet – The performance that received another standing O from the judges not because of his usual vocal acrobatics but because of the tender moment that he had with this song.
6. “Whole Lotta Love – Elise Testone” – Elise scored a save-from-elimination performance with this one, at par with Adam Lambert’s version.

Sometimes people don’t understand what life is all about. Winning a competition because a drum corps made the winner sound good, and because his followers are teenage girls, and their mothers, is really not winning anything, or at least a singing competition.. His voice was not judged, but rather his appearance. Jessica’s voice, however, is a gift from God. She has excelled beyond our imagination. She is destined to be a part of our lives forever. Thank you Lord for giving us Jessica Sanchez..
