Angelica Panganiban finally answered the rumors linking her to current big screen partner John Lloyd Cruz and Banana Split co-star John Prats.

Right after she arrived to Manila from Spain, Angelica Panganiban told “The Buzz,” that her rumored romance with John Lloyd Cruz is not true and that they’re only friends.

“Nagkatrabaho lang kami and sa ngayon hanggang doon pa lang iyon. Magkaibigan kami, yun lang yun. Kung magiging special siya, eh di makikita niyo. Malalaman niyo. Kung maging matalik kaming magkaibigan, magiging special siya,” she said.

Angelica also denied the rumor that she and John Lloyd were seen kissing in public.

“Yun yung medyo imposible na talagang mangyari. Hindi na ako yun. Hindi ko naman lubos maisip na gagawin ko ‘yun,” she said.

And with regards to the rumor that she’s the cause of the John Prats-Bianca Manalo break-up, here’s what the versatile actress had to say:

“…Malinis naman ang konsensiya ko, e. Ang nakakalungkot lang, bata pa lang ako, kaibigan ko na si John. Pangit na bigyan ng ibig sabihin ‘yon, ng malisya yun,” she said.

The 25-year-old actress also shared that there is no way that a reconciliation is possible between her and former boyfriend Derek Ramsay after all the heartaches that she suffered.
