Meet Dean Geyer, the new cast-member of Glee to be introduced on the first episode of the hit TV musical's 4th season.

If you think that face is familiar, then maybe you were able to watch a few episodes of the now-defunct sci-fi series “Terra Nova.”

His name is Dean Geyer. He is a 26-year-old Australian actor who first appeared on American television via the TV series “Single Ladies” followed by his second Hollywood project, “Terra Nova.”

Geyer was actually born in South Africa. In 2006, he joined Australian Idol and finished 3rd place. Yes, folks, he’s an “Idol” finalist which mean He can sing! Perfect for his 3rd US TV appearance, “Glee.”

According to Fox, Geyer will play the role of Brody Weston, an upperclassman at NYADA who has his eye on Rachel (Lea Michele). Does this mean that the Rachel-Finn pairing is over?
