Daniel Padilla premiered his very first music video on MYX Premiere earlier tonight (10:00pm), September 24. The hashtag #DanielPadillaonMYXPremiere trended on Twitter worldwide.
Right after the release of “Prinsesa” on MYX earlier tonight, the hashtag #DanielPadillaonMYXPremiere became a trending topic not just on Twitter Philippines but it also reached no. 3 on the world trending box of the microblogging site. Needless to say, Daniel’s self-titled album has reached gold status in less than a month after its release.
The song “Prinsesa,” by the way, is originally sung by the band 6cyclemind which is now being revived by the “Princess and I” star as one of the themes of the top-rating teleserye on ABS-CBN.
