Mark Gutoman Wins Mr. Philippines 2012

Mark Gutoman, a dark horse in the competition, bested 28 other contestant for the title Mr. Philippines 2012 on Saturday, October 6, at the Icon Ultimate Club of the Manila Intercontinental Hotel in Makati City.

Candidate no. 17 Mark Gutoman from Marikina City will represent the Philippines in the 2012 Mister International Pageant which is happening this November in Bangkok, Thailand.

1ST RUNNER-UP:
Jessie Bayudang, Iligan City

2ND RUNNER-UP:
Kevin Requeno, Cavite City

3RD RUNNER-UP:
Michael Angelo Luna, Batangas City

4Th RUNNER-UP:
William Pagayon, Iloilo City

Kevin Requeno from Cavite City (left) was the one to beat according to the top list of various pageant forums and websites. During the finals, he emerged as the most articulate in the question and answer portion. He was also among the standouts being one of the tallest contestants.

Jessie Bayudang from Iligan City (right) is the most photogenic among the bunch. He was also one of the standouts during the finals, exuding confidence in all segments of the competition.

Mark Gutoman from Marikina (middle) has made a major upset by beating crowd favorites and clear standouts Requeno and Bayudang.
