Jason Chee, Singapore's delegate to this year's Manhunt International, topped the Mr. Internet Popularity poll and instantly won a slot in the pageant's semi-finals.

Jason Chee of Singapore bested early leaders China and Macau in the “paid” poll that was conducted on the official website of Manhunt International for the title “Mr. Internet Popularity 2012.”

Last year’s winner of this special award was Vietnam.

The final of the 16th Manhunt International is happening tomorrow night, November 9, at the Scala Theatre, Siam Square, Bangkok, Thailand. Candidates from Sweden, Philippines and Germany are expected to go far in the competition.
