‘Breaking Dawn Part 2’ Grosses P166.9-M in 5 Days, ‘A Secret Affair’ Hits P118.4-M in 4 Weeks
While “Breaking Dawn Part 2” sinks its teeth in the local box-office race and expected to dominated again on 2nd week, James Bond movie “Skyfall” settled for no. 2 position. But the Daniel Craig movie continued its strong showing and in fact, it already grossed P141.36 million in 3 weeks which is good for 8th in the biggest movie in the Philippines for 2012 so far, “Twilight” debuted at no. 7 at it’s expected to challenge the earnings of “The Avengers” and “Spider-Man” in two to three weeks time.
Local-wise, “Suddenly It’s Magic” occupied 4th position. Its 3-week total is now P47.19 million. “A Secret Affair” place 5th with a 4-week total of P118.42 million.
