As a result of a knee injury to Ultimate Fighter coach Shane Carwin that forced Carwin to withdraw from the main event, Matt Mitrione steps up to face Big Country Nelson. Fight fans will be treated to an explosive heavyweight clash between titans.

All of it will take place at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada.
