Miss Philippines Janine Tugonon donned a silver and maroon tribal dress created by Pitoy Moreno during the National Costume presentation of Miss Universe 2012 earlier today at Planet Hollywood Rersort Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas.

The hosts noticed that the crown Janine is wearing was “very similar to the old traditional Miss Universe crown.”
