For the 1st Netizens’ Choice Awards Favorite Female Recording Artist of the Year category, Sarah Geronimo received 38,261 votes or 84.18% of the total 45,451 combined votes from Starmometer, Showbiznest and LionhearTV.

Julie Anne San Jose settled for second place with 4,819 votes.
