Hero TV Features New Superheroes this April

Hero TV, the number one anime channel in the country, will start a superhero invasion with its empowering new and returning titles and locally produced anime-oriented shows that would further heat up the summer of its young and young-at-heart viewers this April.

Top billing Hero TV’s new titles this month with the theme “April Ka-Pow” is the hit anime series “Kyo Kara Maoh,” which features Yuri Shibuya’s time travel adventure from 20th century to an unknown era resembling medieval Europe where he was in line to be the next king and will be engaged to marry someone he does not know. It will premiere on April 12 at 9:30PM with replays on 12:30AM, 3:30AM, 10:00AM and 4:00PM.

Naruto, meanwhile, is back with a new season to continue his fight against evil in “Naruto Shippuuden Season 5,” which will air in marathon every Saturday starting April 13 at 12:00 AM, 12:00PM and 9:00PM. Ichigo, on the other hand, investigates the mysteries in the soul society in “Bleach Movie,” which will air on April 7 and 21 at 12:00AM, 12:00NN and 9:00PM.

Another new title is “The World God Only Knows,” featuring Keima’s fateful adventure as an online heartthrob but ironically the worst and rudest guy for girls. It will premiere on April 4 at 7:30PM with replays at 1:30AM, 7:30AM and 1:30PM; and “Power Ranger Super Samurai,” which features Samurai Rangers who will continue their fight for humanity and set modernized sword battles and astonishing live actions on April 25, 8:00PM with replays on 2:00AM, 8:00AM at 2:00PM.

Returning titles to catch this summer include “Ceres, Celestial Legend,” “Kiba,” “Kyoshiro and the Eternal Sky,” “Major Season 1,” “Michiko and Hatchin”, “Mirmo De Pon Season 2″ and “Overdrive.”

Pinoy talent is also overflowing on Hero TV as it presents Filipino animators’ creations in another batch of their original works in I-animate featuring “Kaleh at Mbaki,” and “Marianing.”
