On April 6, Gus will delve into the rape and attempted homicide of two friends, one of whom survived the attack even after being stabbed with an ice pick. The survivor was able to identify the suspect, his own uncle, who has since been jailed.

“SOCO” features a story of revenge on April 13 about a man who killed his former boss, Engr. Cesar Dalena for firing him. The victim’s family’s caretaker was attacked when he saw the suspect leaving the crime scene, but was able to fight back and seek help.

Gus will unveil the story of a mother who witnessed the killing of her husband and son by two drunk strangers. Amidst grief, she is determined to seek justice for their deaths and have the suspects arrested and convicted. Watch how she survived the assault on April 20.

On April 27, Gus investigates the survivor story of a 14-year old girl from Sorsogon who looked like she was almost dead when her body was found. She later revealed that someone had beaten her up and raped her. She is currently recuperating and is seeking justice against her attacker who has been identified by authorities.

Meanwhile, “SOCO” drew more viewers than its new rival current affairs program that debuted last March 23, based on data from Kantar Media. “SOCO” registered a national TV rating of 8.3%, while the pilot episode of GMA’s “Alisto!” only got 5.9%.
