PROMO MECHANICS

1. The promotion is open to all NBA DVD customers in participating Astrovision and Astroplus branches from April 5 to May 31, 2013:

2. Customers who will purchase P1,500 worth of NBA titles will receive a free Skullcandy t-shirt and a raffle coupon for a chance to join the raffle draw.

3. To join the raffle, customers shall fill up the raffle coupon with their name, address, contact number, email, and affix signature and drop their entry in participating Astrovision/Astroplus outlets.

4. Deadline of submission of entries is on May 31, 2013 at 9PM or until end of store hours.

5. Winners will be drawn via a raffle draw for a chance to be one (1) of five (5) winners of one (1) Skullcandy Supreme Sound Hesh headphones worth P4,400 each, and one (1) of five (5) winners of one (1) Skullcandy Supreme Sound Ink’d earphones worth P1,100
each.

6. The raffle draw will be held on June 14, 2013, 5PM at the Magnavision Head Office located at 28 Manga Road Aurora Boulevard Cubao, Quezon City.

7. A participant can only win once. If a Name is drawn more than once, he gets the bigger prize. Prizes are transferable but not convertible to cash.

8. Winners will be notified through telephone and registered mail. Prize can be claimed until 60 days from receipt of notification otherwise it will be forfeited in favor of Magnavision with prior DTI approval.

9. Winners must present at least one (1) valid ID (passport, driver’s license, etc), registered mail and winning raffle stub to claim their prize.

10. Prize can be claimed at the Magnavision office at 28 Manga Road Aurora Boulevard Cubao, Quezon City.

11. Employees of Magnavision, Odyssey and Astrovision including their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion.
