Balls Airs UFC’s ‘The Ultimate Fighter 17 Finale’

The Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) rolls out another action-packed card as The Ultimate Fighter 17 Finale goes down this weekend with a bantamweight bout between former World Extreme Cagefighting champion “The California Kid” Urijah Faber and Scott “Young Guns” Jorgensen in the main event at the Mandalay Bay Events Center in Las Vegas, which will be aired on Balls Channel this Sunday (April 14) at 10:30 a.m.

Also on the card, TUF 17 finalists Uriah “Prime Time” Hall and Kelvin Gastelum face off to determine the next Ultimate Fighter while women’s bantamweight contenders Miesha Tate and “Alpha” Cat Zingano meet for a shot at the title even as heavyweight Travis “Hapa” Browne and Gabriel “Napao” Gonzaga collide.

In the main event, Faber meets Jorgensen in a bout with potential title implications. Arguably the most popular fighter to come over from the UFC, Faber has been a mainstay in the featherweight and bantamweight division for years.

Meanwhile, a former title contender in his own right, Jorgensen has gotten himself back in the win column with a first round submission of John Albert following back-to-back losses.

In the season’s middleweight finale, knockout artist Hall takes on Gastelum for the title of Ultimate Fighter while the women’s bantamweight bout will pit former Strikeforce champion Tate and Zingano battle for a shot at the UFC Women’s Bantamweight title currently held by Ronda Rousey.

In a heavyweight bout, Browne takes on former title contender and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt Gonzaga.
