Marian Rivera, via a press conference on Friday, announced that she's no longer being managed by Popoy Caritativo. Her new manager will be Tony Tuviera of APT Entertainment.

In a press conference last April 26, at Luxent Hotel, Timog Avenue, Quezon City, Marian herself announced the career move that came as a surprise to the entertainment press. The Kapuso Primetime Queen has been managed by Popoy Caritativo for 7 years, and it’s within this period that she rose to stardom.

Marian also clarified that there’s no ill-feelings between her and Popoy.

Marian’s contract with GMA-7 is about to expire this August. Is transferring to other network one of her plans?

“Actually, may kontrata pa ako sa GMA, by August ‘yan.

When asked if the rumored negotiation with TV5 executive Wilma Galvante is true, Marian said “Ngayong may kontrata pa ako sa GMA eh ayoko naman pong magsalita.
