Contortionist group Larvae is from Digos, Davao city.

They have no professional training in acrobatics and contortionism. All they know about it were all self-taught and the group would often practice on a nearby river in their hometown.

People often make fun of them for being gay. But they endured the bullying and taunting by developing their talents instead.

They have been joining several talent contests in their area and would give their winnings to their parents. Because of their incredible talent, they were able to secure a college scholarship. Three of them are currently studying, but they still need to save more money in order to send the fourth member to school.

This is their third time to audition for Talentadong Pinoy. They consider being part of Talentadong Pinoy Hall of Famer as a great achievement.

The group aspires to elevate contortionism as a form of entertainment in the country. They want to win Talentadong Pinoy so they can support their family and their education.

Watch Larvae perform one last time in the “Battle Royale” of Talentadong Pinoy Worldwide this Sunday, August 18, 7:00pm at the Cuneta Astrodome with live telecast on TV5.
