Inspiration and Giving Back on ‘Listed’ and ‘Curiosity Got the Chef’

This week on the Lifestyle Network, it’s all about inspiration as two of its locally-produced programs feature inspiring stories—whether through paying tribute through one’s craft, or giving back to society.

In the spirit of inspiring, “Curiosity Got the Chef” showcases Chef Sharwin Tee’s ode to his muses, and “Listed” hosts Karen Pamintuan and Walter Demesa celebrate life’s blessings and the value of paying it forward in their visits to various foundations around the Philippines.

“Curiosity Got the Chef” this week shows Chef Sharwin Tee as he dreams up dishes that are inspired by the Lifestyle Network’s very own culinary goddesses on television, namely Martha Stewart, Lucinda Scala Quinn, Rachael Ray and Lorraine Pascual. In the episode “Ode to the Muses”, Chef Sharwin takes the inspiration they have constantly imparted to him and has, in return, created this episode as a tribute to their brilliance.

Meanwhile, Karen Pamintuan and Walter Demesa of “Listed” share valuable ways to spend those precious weekend breaks—by finding new ways to help build better communities with Gawad Kalinga, playing new sports while throwing in some hope and inspiration with High Five Hope, embracing the lost and the abandoned with the Animal Kingdom Foundation, and learning to accept one’s own imperfections with Jun de Leon’s No Body is Perfect.
