2 Comments on ‘City of Bones’ Tops PH Box Office, No Report for ‘OTJ’

  1. Mas bagay kay Alex Medina ang role ni Gerald

  2. I watced OTJ last SM Mega Mall last Sunday. I’m so impressed with the direction, very holywood. However the middle part of the movie was quite dragging but was easily overcome with its climax and dramatic ending. What I dont like in particular are the usual shouting that we see in Filipino films. JM de Guzman doesnt look much like a son to Joey Marquez who is a six footer. Gerald is too tisoy, mas bagay ang role kay Ejay Falcon pero ewan ko lang if Ejay can act as good as Gerald. Piolo looks very fit physically but appears too lame and not so masculine, something that is expected for an NBI officer.

Sad to say, konti lang ang nanood ng film. I watched it on a Sunday, kaso d sya big hit parang mabibilang mo kung ilan ang nanood. It seems the public do not really appreciate quality films. Nung napanood ko ang Thy Womb wala pang beinte ang nanood sa sinehan. But betwen OTJ and Thy Womb, OTJ is a much superior film in terms of technicallities. Thy Womb was too dragging that’s why it bombed big time at the box office.
