Megan Young, Chosen in ‘Dance of the World’

Expect more of Philippines’ bet for Miss World 2013 Megan Young come pageant’s final night on September 28 in Indonesia.

Aside from being one of the Top 11 Beach Fashion finalists, the 23-year old Filipina beauty will have her solo dance number at the coronation night showcasing the Muslim dance “Singkil.”

Young shared the news on Friday in a post on the official Facebook page of Miss World Philippines, which she has used to chronicle her stint the Miss World 2013 pageant.

“We rehearsed for Dances of the World. I’m proud to say that I was chosen to showcase my dance from the Philippines! I’ll be showcasing a dance called Singkil. I am very, very happy because I get to share this Filipino-Muslim dance to the WORLD,” Young said.
