October is Halloween Month on Hero TV

The Philippines’ number one anime channel is putting a different spin on the season for spooks as it brings in both amusement and horror with Hero TV’s creepy and suspense-filled new titles this October.

Taking the spotlight this month as the channel’s Halloween offerings are “Yugioh! Zexal”, “Detective Conan Drama Special: Confrontation of the Men in Black”, “Hetalia World”, and “Shigofumi Letter from the Departed”.

In “Yugioh! Zexal”, a mysterious spirit searches for his lost memories which were transformed into monster cards. The spirit teams up with an amateur card duelist who is striving to be the duel monster champion. See if the two will be able to achieve their goals on “Yugioh! Zexal”, which premieres on October 25 at 9:30 p.m., with replays at 12:30 a.m., 3:30 a.m., 9:30 a.m. and 3:30pm

“Detective Conan Drama Special: Confrontation with the Men in Black” details the story of Shinichi Kudo who, after successfully solving his first crime, is mysteriously transformed into a young boy—prompting a showdown between anime’s greatest detective and the strange men in black. Catch this intense series of confrontations on October 6 at 12:00 midnight with a replay at 9:00 p.m.

Another round of history means a brand new world for the Chibi countries in another of Hero TV’s exciting anime titles for the month, “Hetalia World”, which premieres on October 10 at 6:00 p.m. with replays at 6:00 a.m. at 12:00 nn.

Finally, in the eerie tale of “Shigofumi Letter from the Departed”, a mysterious mail carrier delivers letters from the recently deceased, pointing at the question, “When someone dies, what should their final words be?” Get the shivers with “Shigofumi Letter from the Departed” starting October 6, with back-to-back episodes airing at 11:00 p.m. Additional schedules for the show star on October 12 at 10:30 a.m. and 7:00p.m.

Of course, Hero TV aims to keep the action of past favorites intact. With this, the channel presents once again some of its best returning titles, “Blood: The Last Vampire”, “Kiba: The Dark Knight Gaiden”, Toaru Kagaku No Railgun OVA”, “Yugioh: 3D Movie”, “Animazing Tales”, Familiar of Zero F”, “Mission E”, “Shiki, “Yugioh! GX III”, “New Attacker You”, “Major: Season 6” and “Eyeshield 21: Season 3”.

Aside from all that, “My Hero Nation: Season 4” will be bringing an exclusive feature on amazing cosplayers along with cosplay gurus Myrtle and Guy, plus details on new dubbing techniques that are being done in the dubbing academy.
