Anna Banana Boy and Dennis Padilla Team Up with Tondo Futkaleros

How will a veteran actor unacquainted with football sit in as coach for a football team in an actual match? How will a teen commercial model mingle with a group of kids from Tondo?

The Tondo Futkaleros vs the De La Salle Zobel junior football team in I DARE YOU

Find out this Saturday (Nov 2) in “I Dare You” where Dennis Padilla and “Anna Banana” boy Derek Lorenzo face real-life challenges along with the Tondo Futkaleros, a group of young and promising football players who train on the streets of Tondo. Even if Dennis has had experience managing a sports team, he knows nothing about the rules of football. In “I Dare You,” he returns to the community he grew up in to relive the life of Bidang Kapamilya, coach Boy Balbin, an unsung hero who dedicates his time to guiding the Futkaleros. Derek, on the other hand, gets to immerse with the Tondo boys and learn to play football himself. “I Dare You” gives Dennis and Derek the ultimate test of playing with the Futkaleros and pitting them against the popular De La Salle Zobel junior football team, which has already earned awards in several tournaments. As they rise and stumble through the challenges, Dennis and Derek learn the value of believing in themselves to try to win rewards for the Futkaleros, such as football shoes, uniform, sports equipment, and vitamins. Join John Prats, Deniesse Aguilar, Robi Domingo, and Melai Cantiveros as they showcase Filipinos who brave through life’s challenges in ABS-CBN’s realiserye “I Dare You Season 2,” Saturday night (Oct 26) after “Maalaala Mo Kaya.” For updates, like facebook.com/IDAREYOUSEASON2 or follow @IDareYouS2 on Twitter and @idareyouofficial on Instagram.
