What does UN plan to do to make sure that donations from other countries reach the families affected by the calamity? Does he agree with some of the complaints that President Noynoy Aquino’s administration lacks action in terms of relief efforts? In his opinion, what is the most important lesson that Yolanda taught the Filipinos? I would say to UNITED NATION please help again the Yolanda victims. Dont give your donations to the Philippine goverment and never trust Pres. Duterte about what he says from the Vizayan victi,s when he wins the Presidential election but rather give it to Caritas who is much more effecient in handling funds.
