Mister Philippines 2014 – Complete Results

Mister Philippines 2014 winners were named Saturday night, January 18, during the pageant’s final held at Resorts World Manila’s Newport Performing Arts Theater.

Fan favorite Onakee Dela Cruz, representative from the Filipino Community Australia, one of the top contenders we predicted to win the competition made it to the Top 12 semi-finalists and won a special award, Mister 2GO travels. It was heartbreaking to see him not entering the Top 5 but the guy, in our short interview right after the pageant said, it was all okay. “At least I got this,” he told this blogger showing his special award.

Joining him in the Top 12 are other early favorites Ethan Smith, 21, of the Filipino Community New Zealand; Edward Matro of the Filipino Community Dubai; Mike Gerard Mendoza of Bulacan; Gio Cabanlit Jr. of Albay, Bicol Region; Jeff Marti Gabriel of Tanza, Cavite; and Jerico Pintoy of Maguindanao.

One of pageant fans’ favorites, Marlon Aedrian Lopez of the Mountain Province didn’t make it to the semis. Surprising candidates however completed the Top 12.

One of the most promising candidates that we failed to notice prior to the pageant night, Dasmariñas City’s Jovinson Anog won Best in Formal Wear. However, he didn’t make it to the semis as well.
