“Four Sisters and a Wedding” features Star Cinema’s most prominent young female actresses, namely Bea Alonzo, Toni Gonzaga, Angel Locsin, and Shaina Magdayao; who all received Best Supporting Actress awards at the recent Gawad PASADO Awards for their respective performances in the film.

The four play four sisters–all already having grown up and even apart through distance and careers. After having formed their own lives, they are once again brought together when their youngest brother (Enchong Dee) decides to get married. Heading home from different places, some even countries apart, the sisters get together once more to meet their youngest brother’s wife-to-be. When that finally happens, first impressions lead them to unite under the plot of putting a stop to the marriage–but in this process, they achieve much more than that and they realize the unshakable value of what it means to be a family.

Directed by Cathy Garcia-Molina, “Four Sisters and a Wedding” also stars Sam Milby, Coney Reyes, Angeline Quinto, Carmi Martin, Boboy Garovillo, Janus del Prado, Bernard Palanca, Vangie Labalan, Joy Viado, Cecil Paz, and Samantha Faytaren.

Apart from winning in the Gawad PASADO Awards, “Four Sisters and a Wedding” also received ten other nominations in the Star Awards for Movies.

Don’t miss the television premiere of “Four Sisters and a Wedding,” hitting small screens this Sunday (April 27) at 8:00pm with a replay airing on Monday (April 28) at 9:00pm on the country’s number one cable channel, Cinema One (SkyCable channel 56).
