Newly-blossomed couple, now one of the top-prized love team of GMA Network, Elmo Magalona and Janine Gutierrez are both sad and happy that their first series together, ‘Villa Quintana’ is now down to its final two weeks.

The two revealed their emotions to this blogger in an interview on Monday during our set visit for their final taping day in Bulacan.

‘Sad’ because they’ve formed a strong bond with the cast and crew during the past eight months, and that the end of the show means saying goodbye to them, also, it would mean ‘detachment’ from each other’s company while at work.

‘Happy’ because during the duration of the show, they enjoyed good ratings and have formed strong followings not only in the Philippines but also abroad. In fact, during our set visit, some of their fans who just flew in from Dubai were at the taping to show support to the two. Plus, as Elmo and Janine put it, it would also mean ‘more time together without work’.

The two did not officially admit they are together but as their gestures and smiles suggest, the two are into a relationship. Whatever it is that keep them from having their ‘relationship’ be out in the open, we aren’t sure yet but we believe you already have a hint. I tell you, the two look good together. And if my judgment is right, they are happily in love with each other, and we should respect that.

Basing only on the photos we captured earlier (which we also posted on Instagram @elysplanet), there’s no doubt they’re together and are happy with each other’s company.
