Centropelle Turns C’ntro, Opens Ayala Fairview Terraces Branch
Centropelle has been known for trendy and classic shoes and bags for women since the 70s. Now, the brand is changing its name to C’NTRO.
“C” represents its old and established name “Centropelle.” “NTRO” could be considered as INTRO, which signifies the brand’s entrance to a revitalized and refreshed modern era. Even the logo was changed to make it look younger, abbreviated or shorten like how the generation now shorten the words used.
A C’NTRO lady, the brand’s target market, is being described as not just modern but more refined, stylish and on trend not forgetting their elegance, class and practicality. They are under the B and C to C2 bracket with ages 21 to early 30’s. They are more daring when it comes to style. They are leaning into more practical, sometimes simple yet elegant look.
A C’NTRO girl, the brand’s secondary target market, are teens belonging to the B and C to C2 bracket ages 13 to 20. They are also fashion forward, young, fun, full of life and they want to stand out.
Representing the brand’s look are celebrities like Arci Munoz, Kylie Padilla, Glaiza De Castro, Yassi Pressman, Jef Gaitan, Dianne Medina, Meg Imperial, Bela Padilla, Karel Marquez, Eda Nolan, and Dawn Zulueta.
C’NTRO recently opened a new branch at Ayala Fairview Terraces. They also have product displays in Cinderella and 29 department stores with 3 more boutiques located in KCC Gensan, Sta. Lucia East Grand Mall and Mart One Vigan.
