Paolo Bediones is taking the online world by storm once again as his second private video is now circulating online.

It looks like the controversy about Paolo Bediones’ video scandal is not yet over as a new clip has been unleashed on Friday, August 15, 2014 following the leakage of his first video on July 27, 2014 (CLICK HERE FOR RELATED ARTICLE).
The video which lasted for 16 minutes and 13 seconds shows the newscaster with another unidentified girl making love. Some netizens believe it’s the same girl that Paolo had intimate moment with on the first video.
The video file named “Videoness.mp4” was shared by a certain “ismael mamael” on video sharing site mediafire.com.
The TV5 newscaster admitted the existence of his private videos even before the leakage of the first one last month. Paolo revealed that in 2009, he brought his PC to a computer repair shop in Quezon City and started receiving blackmail letters three months after.
Last July 31, the news anchor already sought the help of the PNP Anti-Cybercrime Division regarding the leakage of his sex video and that investigation is still ongoing. The authorities are warning the public that whoever may have a copy of the said videos and shared it on social media like Facebook and Twitter or upload it on YouTube and any other video sharing sites will be held liable under the Cyber Crime law.

but to clarify on ra 10175 or cybercrime law which pnp talk about:
Section 4 (3) (c) (1) “Cybers’x – The willful engagement, maintenance, control, or operation, directly or indirectly, of any lascivious exhibition of sexual organs or sexual activity, with the aid of a computer system, for favor or consideration.”
OBJECTION: In statutory construction, there is a principle called verba legis. This principle essentially means the “plain-meaning rule.” That is, the words in a statute should be interpreted in its simplest possible meaning. When there is no ambiguity, the provision of law should be taken to mean what it says it means.
Using the verba legis principle, it is clear from the provisions of Sec. 4 (3)(c)(1) that if I willfully make a s’x video alone or with someone, I am technically criminally liable under said provision.
