ABS-CBN's "Maalaala Mo Kaya" will feature this Saturday (September 6) the horrifying experience of a girl named Leng (to be played by Ella Cruz and later on by Bangs Garcia) who was raped by her own father at the young age of 13.

“Strong Parental Guidance” (SPG) is encouraged for young viewers who will watch this episode.

What will a sexually abused child think of her mother who does not believe her at all? Is a normal life possible for someone who had such a traumatic experience? Will she ever trust her family and believe in love again?

It is directed by Mae Cruz and written by Denise O’Hara and Arah Jell Badayos. “MMK” is led by business unit head Malou Santos and creative manager Mel Mendoza-del Rosario.
