Martin del Rosario, Glad to Celebrate Birthday in Charity Work for the First Time

Kapuso hunk Martin del Rosario expressed his gladness for getting the chance to celebrate his birthday with the less fortunate kids at the Reception and Study Center for Children (RSCC) in Quezon City.

New Kapuso talent Martin Miguel Mangay del Rosario, also known by his screen name Martin del Rosario, is turning 22 this November 25 but on Tuesday, November 18, the young actor received a treat from GMA Artist Center–an early birthday celebration with the kids of Reception and Study Center for Children (RSCC).

During a round table interview with Starmometer and other entertainment bloggers, Martin expressed his gladness for the experience of celebrating a meaningful birthday for the first time. With the help of GMA Artist Center who organized the event, the young actor was able to eat and play with the unfortunate kids of RSCC and he was also able to give them gifts, special thanks to his sponsors namely Monreo Biscuits, Magnolia, Oishi, Active White, Thai Tea, Mogu Mogu, Zagu and Kambal Pandesal.

The program was hosted by comedienne Tess Bomb and up-and-coming actress Arianne Bautista. After they introduced Martin to the kids, RSCC people and guest bloggers, the birthday celebrant treated everyone with a special number. The young actor also played parlor games with the kids before the cake blowing and give-aways distribution.

The Reception and Study Center for Children at Bago-Bantay Extension, Quezon City, is a sanctuary for 1 to 6 years old kids who are abandoned and deprived of parental care and support through provision of temporary care, custody or alternative family care services.
