The crash of TransAsia ATR 72-600 was caught on camera by a dashboard camera of a passing vehicle on a bridge in Teipei, Taiwan.

The plane hit a taxi cab and a portion of the bridge before it plunged into the river. According to reports, 28 people were rescued including two children while 19 others are missing as rescuers tried to reach the trapped passengers.

This is the second TransAsia plane to crash after 7 months. Last July, a TransAsia flight crashed onto houses on the Taiwanese island of Penghu where 48 people were killed.
