Donnie “Ahas” Nietes was successful in his title defense against Mexican Gilberto “Parrita” Parra, who vowed to end his reign before the bell even sounded. “Prince” Albert Pagara, brother of WBO International Junior Welterweight titlist Jason Pagara, showed that he too could someday be a boxing superstar needing only five rounds to finish Rodolfo Hernandez.
