Kapamilya actor Matteo Guidicelli will show viewers his serious fitness work when he’s off-cam this Thursday (April 9) in "Sports U."

Matteo, one of the most active celebrities in triathlon, has been open about his passion for the sports. In “Sports U,” he goes through swimming, biking and racing on foot with anchor Dyan Castillejo.

Meanwhile, Yancy “Tong” Kaibigan, one of the stalwarts of the Philippine Windsurfing Team, shares an inspiring story about growing up with a broken family yet still being able to get through life with his head held high. His claim to fame in his young career is bagging a win in a competition held in Singapore.

Men in their 40s would be the stars of the Dyanfit segment as they are taught how to keep their bodies from injuries as they race up and down the hard court when they engage in activities like basketball.

Also, Dyan will give an exclusive update on Manny Pacquiao’s training for his superfight on May 3.
