ABS-CBN Gets Highest Rating on Pacquiao-Mayweather Free TV Airing
ABS-CBN posed a higher rating than its competitors for the overall household shares in urban and rural according to Kantar’s data last Sunday, May 3, for the “Battle for Greatness: Pacquiao vs Mayweather.”
The Kapamilya network posted an average of 24% for their airing of the fight as opposed to GMA’s and TV5’s 20.4% and 2.5% respectively according to Kantar Media.
It peaked at 26.7% when the main bout featuring the undefeated American and the People’s Champion took to the ring. GMA posted 23.4% and TV5, 2.8% in their respective airings.
ABS-CBN actually enjoyed consistent ratings even through the undercard bout between Gamalier Rodriguez and Vasyl Lomachenko where they clocked in at 21.2% as opposed to the GMA and TV5 airing. GMA posted 17.1% while TV5 is at 2.1%.
Ahahaha. Kahit kantar or agb o kung anu pa man, ABS-CBN talaga ang the BEST. Mataas man o mababa ang ratings ng ilang shows, eh mas kilala pa rin ng karaminhan ang mga ARTISTS sa ABS-CBN. Di gaya ng sa GMA. Ilan-ilan lang naman ang KNOWN.
