In celebration of its 444th anniversary, Manila is set to honor 10 Outstanding Manilans for their exemplary contribution to the city capital.

One of them is Vice Ganda who hails from Tondo and studied Political Science at Far Eastern University. Vice also worked as a stand-up comedian in Ermita before he entered showbiz.
