#AlDub is No. 1 Love Team on Twitter for Raking a Record 5.17 Million Tweets
Last August 24, the KathNiel (Kathryn Bernardo and Daniel Padilla) love team almost broke the Twitter record set by the AlDub (Alden Richards and Yaya Dub) love team. The hashtag #AlDubAgainstAllOdds holds the record that time for garnering 2.5 million tweets. That night, the much-hyped and much-awaited first onscreen kiss of KathNiel on the teleserye “Pangako Sa ‘Yo” aired on TV. The hashtag #PSYUnangHalik garnered more than 2 million tweets but failed to break AlDub’s record.
Last Saturday, the AlDub love team set the bar high even more. The hashtag #AlDubBattleForACause, which pertains to their “Bulaga Pa More” performance and their first meeting garnered a whopping 5.17 million tweets. The hashtag also topped Twitter’s worldwide trending box for several hours that day.
But now that they’ve met, their detractors are speculating that the AlDub fever will subside. Do you think it will happen? Will Alden and Yaya Dub break their record of 5.17 million tweets? How long do you think can they maintain the high ratings of #KalyeSerye?

Nominated pa sya sa PMPC Award Concert of the Year, 2015, Male Concert Performer of the Year and Song of the Year. lastly I just watched his album mall event in Market Market jampacked audience at tilian ang mga tao. These are all my proof , ikaw anong proof mayroon ka, if you will say something about a person you have to justify it. or else you will be a judgemental person in the face of GOD. In my own opinion Kathniels are ready for a higher level of their career na, that would be their next target. They are still young and have million followers worlwide. Aldub are doing great right now, pinagdaanan na ng Kathniel iyan. Wayback 2012 during the Princess and I, they were given an award by FMTM for TV ENTERTAINMENT as THE HOTTEST TRENDING CELEBRITY COUPLE OF THE YEAR. Tapos na sila sa experience na yan. Sa totoo lang iba ang hatid ng alDUb sa masa. Walang pinipiling edad. Ma bata man ma matanda napasaya sa alDUb. kahit lalaki o babae, bakla man o tomboy sobrang kinilig. Mama ko nga 60 years old na pero diyos ko parang teen ager lang kung kiligin. Pati mga pamangkin ko. ibang iba ang ALDUB sobrang nakakakilig at nakapagpasaya.

I agree with you Mae. 2 months old pa lang ang aldub pero sobrang sikat na nila in and out of the country. Iba ang karisma kasi nila sa sambayanang Pilipino. Hindi pilit. Aldub is just starting to build their own career but in that span of time people accept them. Wala pang 2 mos bata matanda tricycle driver people of all age tinanggap sila. Parang laban ni Manny tuwing kalyeserye. Parang wala naman akong naaalalang ang kathniel kinilig pati mama at papa ko. Eh parents ko mga nag sadja pa manuod sa broadway para lang makita ang aldub. it is no more scripted coz even adults can really feel their emotions.
