Filipino-Aussie singer Seann Miley Moore performed the classic song “California Dreamin'” by The Mamas and the Papas on The X Factor UK on Sunday, November 8, 2015.

Rita saying: “It was like I was watching a movie in slow motion it was stunning to watch. Vocally, you are very solid. You’re just intoxicating. Smashing!”

Cheryl Fernandez-Versini said “You prepare yourself like a professional. I’m spellbound, I didn’t move my eyes from you.”

Simon Cowell said “You have amazing presence and a spectacular voice but that was lazy. This is a chance on this show for you to discover who you could be outside this competition, and you have a real shot because you’re so wacky, so confident, so unique. You have to do tracks no-one else would dare to do. That was you just being very comfortable, very safe, very so what, so you have to do is have a word with your mentor and say, ‘Turn me into a popstar, not someone who just performs on a talent competition'”.

Nick Grimshaw said “I thought it was the perfect song for you and absolutely what you should have done. I was told the brief was Reinvention – you reinvented that song, not mashed up two random songs like [Simon] did with Anton. I thought you doing classic songs is great because you’re a classic performer. You put your own spin on it and I was totally captivated. It’s not something you see on talent shows – it’s something you see at the Grammys or the Brit Awards or the VMAs.”
