M Hotel Singapore: More Than Just A Business Hotel

Singapore is one of the favorite destinations of Filipinos when traveling because it’s less than 4 hours away from Manila and they don’t require a tourist VISA among citizens of Southeast Asian nations, not to mention the abundance of amazing sights and recreational activities that this country has to offer. Their airport alone (Changi) is a destination in itself being named the no. 1 airport in the world for several years now.

According to a report by the Singapore Tourism Board, 604,403 Filipinos visited the Little Red Dot from January to November 2015. I must say, I contributed 3 visits last year as I came to Marina Bay Sands last May to watch the grand finals of “Asia’s Got Talent,” returned in August to witness the country’s Golden Jubilee, and finally last November for a project with Universal Studios Singapore, Alive Museum Singapore, and Gardens By The Bay.

Part of having a memorable tour is choosing the best hotel that offers a comfortable stay and at the same time provides easy access to your itinerary.

If you’re visiting Singapore soon and you’re looking for a great place to stay, I highly recommend M Hotel.

M Hotel Singapore is strategically located in the heart of the Central Business district – offering an urban setting while providing easy access to Singapore’s financial and shopping districts. The hotel is just 300 meters away from Tanjong Pagar MRT station so tourists who will stay here can conveniently explore SG’s popular destinations. Walking distance from the hotel are the Maxwell Road Food Centre, the Maxwell Road Hawker Centre, Chinatown, and Chinatown Complex.

I love this work station beside our bed, this is where I blog and update social media accounts on my laptop at night before I go to sleep:

Our room is complete with all the things we need. There’s a bathrobe, flat iron, safe, etc. inside the wardrobe, a ref, a mini bar, an LCD television with English cable channels, and the toilet and bath is squeakly clean.

Guests who made M Hotel Singapore their preferred stay have access to a variety of facilities and amenities including five food & beverage outlets-–all day dining Café 2000, international lunch & steamboat dinner at The Buffet, live entertainment at J Bar, Japanese restaurant Hokkaido, and Tea Bar–famous for its irresistible chicken pies.

My favorite facility, of course, is located at level 11 which features a spa for a relaxing massage, a swimming pool and a fitness center:

M Hotel Singapore also has five floors of event spaces for corporate and social functions. And at level 8 there’s a serviced office suites and business center for traveling workaholics.

J Bar at level 9 has been renovated with a new contemporary look, with live entertainment playing from Monday to Saturday evening. The new J Bar with a partition wall is suitable for corporate networking or social functions, holding up to 60 persons on standing cocktail setting. This bar with sea view continues to strive as a popular spot among whisky drinkers in Singapore.
